Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that life happens. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to both our participants and to Momentum Art & Wellness, so that we can continue to offer quality events and keep our community thriving. This policy applies to all bookings including workshops and retreats.

Cancellation by You

More than 7 days before the event — Full refund

If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before the event date, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method (bank transfer reference will be required).

Between 48 hours and 7 days before the event — 50% refund or credit

If you cancel between 48 hours and 7 days before the event, you will receive either a 50% refund of the amount paid, or a full credit to use toward a future Momentum Art & Wellness event — whichever you prefer. Please contact us at [email protected] to request your preferred option.

Less than 48 hours before the event — No refund

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that genuine emergencies happen. If exceptional circumstances apply, please reach out to us directly and we will do our best to find a fair solution on a case-by-case basis, subject to mutual agreement.

Cancellation or Postponement by Momentum Art & Wellness

In the unlikely event that Momentum Art & Wellness needs to cancel or postpone an event, all registered participants will be notified as soon as possible. You will be offered the choice of a full refund of the amount paid, or the option to transfer your booking to the rescheduled date or another upcoming event of equal value. We will never charge you for a cancellation that is our responsibility.

Non-Attendance

If you are unable to attend and have not contacted us in advance, your booking will be treated as a late cancellation (less than 48 hours notice) and no refund will be issued. If you know in advance that you cannot attend, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer your spot to someone on the waiting list.

How to Cancel

To cancel your booking, please email us at [email protected] with your name, the event name, and your booking date. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
